Longer timeout #42

Based on research in https://keboola.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/9714 client asked us to extend existing 1 min timeout in DIBI to 15 min. Lot of queries are terminated just because DB wasn't able to do a first response under 60 sec.

Is that possible? Alternatively, are we able to let users to configure it (lets say in some defined boundaries - i.e. 1 min ~ 20 min)?

@Actimel Davide, je to věc co zabere pár minut? Pokud ano, mohl bys to zvednou, prosím?
