Nevím co přesně testuje Keboola\DbImportTest\Snowflake\ConnectionTest::testConnectionBinding https://github.com/keboola/php-db-import/blob/master/tests/Snowflake/ConnectionTest.php#L25-L37

Zavírám protože sem to vyřešil CsvOptions repozitář.
