WebServer Enhancement #690

Would be nice if webserver could accept parameters. 
e.g 
a couple of useful ones would be :
 http://webaddress:port/?StartLog    To start logging
 http://webaddress:port/?StopLog    To stop logging

I'm sure you can think of plenty of others !
