some printers print the receipt with gaps (sporadic)

After I launched my app everything was working as expected, but some users' printers keep printing the receipt like this:

Note: the problem isn't from the printer 'cuz they tried another application and it works

Any idea how to fix this? the log doesn't show any errors.
