I wrote two new plugins (https://github.com/FliegendeWurst/ofxstatement-mastercard-de) and added them to the readme. I also grouped the plugin table by country (should make it easier to find what you need) and moved the dev section to the end of the readme (where it fits nicely next to the plugin development section).
