Revise and republish "Power is nothing without control" #117

We had a reasonably successful blog post on Towards Data Science about the seductive nature of notebooks and software best practice. Since we've got some new notebooks docs and a new notebook blog post, I think we should revise this one and republish it, either with TDS if they'll take it, or on the Kedro blog if they won't. It's a quick win in a sprint where I don't have much bandwidth so I suggest this as low-hanging fruit.

There's a draft on notion which I've tagged in @astrojuanlu for first feedback as there is a question about how far it should go towards addressing some of our notebook issues for docs.

Update 27/11 -- I have a rough draft of this but it hasn't progressed recently. I'll put this back in the backlog for now as it's low priority and there are other posts to get out sooner.

I'm closing this. I think we covered notebooks and Kedro in the "Supercharge..." blog post and I don't think there's much to cover beyond that, at least not in the short-term. Looking at the stats for the original Towards Data Science post, I don't feel like there's so much demand anyway.
