Kickoff this process:

Lots of questions to answer, such as

How/where do we get signup?
Cadence?
How do we create?
Audience needs content and calls to action e.g. regular meetups -- can we resource/support this?

We have pretty much decided to put the newsletter on hold for now because of . We do have a meeting booked with R&E but I will close this ticket as we don't need a kickoff discussion right now.
