Follow up for https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/issues/2522 To be done after https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/issues/3129

Context

For complete context read - https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/issues/2522#issuecomment-1747205967

Some of the metadata is already passed along to Heap. Check if after https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/issues/3129 is implemented, does something need to be changed in kedro-telemetry to also pass along this information to Heap so that we can track which add-ons are being used.
