This PR brings in the content from https://docs.kedro.org/en/stable/notebooks_and_ipython/kedro_as_a_data_registry.html which doesn't really belong in the Notebooks section, which I am revising over on the Framework repo.
This change is temporary since we will be removing this starter as part of the addons work that is ongoing.
