Having used the GA data for user research recently, I'm satisfied that we have as much data in Heap and from RTD as we need (given the usage right now). We don't need GA too, and since there seems to be some issues in using it, let's reduce risk and remove it again.

I have already deleted the analytics account and removed the tracking from docs.kedro.org builds, so this is for the blog/website only.
