Replace "share on Twitter" button by "share on Mastodon" #161

From a technical perspective, "share on Mastodon" requires the users picking their instance https://dev.to/codepo8/adding-a-share-to-mastodon-link-to-any-web-site-485m optionally, it would be nice if it could mention our account, https://social.lfx.dev/@kedro

This is low priority because the buttons don't get much usage.
