Mention Kedro VSCode in kedro.org #190

Context

With the new Kedro VSCode extension, we want to promote this a little bit more. The idea is to link it everywhere (docs, kedro.org, a blog/Youtube video eventually).

Not sure about the Visual yet, maybe add it in the existing Feature section or a new one, something like "Dedicated IDE support". we can also show the gif.

Or we can add a new icon on the top right?

That top navbar is a bit of a mess, it mixes links to homepage anchors with stuff that is "outside" (the docs, Slack, YouTube).

I'll need help from @stephkaiser on this one

Why don't we put it in the features section, with a nice screen shot or screen recording?

Designs are ready and next step is for engineering to add this to the website:

Create new feature (4th feature) that is unhidden, not behind the ‘Show more features’ button
Add new title, description and button link
Add new feature image (link to export below)
Must follow the same 'zig-zag' pattern where feature images are on the left, then right, then left, etc.
