Delete/Rewrite run a pipeline doc as LambdaDataset will be removed in 0.20.0 #4324

Description

As LambdaDataset is deprecated in https://github.com/kedro-org/kedro/pull/4321 and is planned to be removed in Kedro 0.20.0, we need to delete or rewrite the documention here.
