Create virtual machine widget which starts/stops machine and updates the machine state

Created configure activity to select a virtualbox server and machine. works for handsets and fragment layout for tablets. Widget is 1x3 and size shrinks to wrap the content. It is updated by configurable time interval or by Broadcasts when the user is logged into a server.
