KeepassRPC crash UI #705

Hello,

My Keepass2 Crash UI when i try to revoke a line in plugin KeepassRPC Keepass2 is freezed in memory.

Ubuntu 14.04 16.04 mono 4.42 nor mono 4.60 (xamarin1)

revoke don't work

it seem's to be a bad index (negative) somewhere
