Incorporate localisations into the add-on XPI #94

After 0.9 RC1 I'll be spending time working on documentation and the website while leaving the add-on itself stable apart from bug fixes. Localisations of the version 0.9 XPI would therefore be very helpful at this stage (maybe through babelzilla?).

I'm still not sure how to handle localisation of the KeePassRPC plugin though - there are going to be a lot of English words around the options dialogs in KeePass but implementation options are limited by the nature of running as a plugin.

Thanks for the offer. Once I've finalised version 0.9 (and hence finished changing the English words around) I'll post an update here but there is already a Russian version on the forum: https://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/keefox/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=96 so it might make sense for that one to be updated to the final version 0.9 strings rather than starting from scratch. I'm sure a 2nd pair of eyes on the translations would help though but I suspect that's a feature that Babelzilla will offer so I might try to orchestrate the main localisation efforts through that website.
