[ FLUME ] flume-env.sh is shared between all running agents #67

/etc/flume/conf.empty/flume-env.sh, used for JVM specific parameters is shared between all flume-agents running in the same host.

If we need specific options for each agent (ej. memory or jmx port) currently is not possible
