[ ganglia ] Packaging doesn't create ganglia package #76

Packaging doesn't create ganglia package, when installing ganglia from keedio repos and a previous ganglia was installed ganglia-devel is in confict with ganglia, so may be interesting creating a ganglia package to be able to update ganglia install and not being in confict
