Error when znode path to kafka brokers doesn't exists #5

In check_zookeeper_znode.py, whehn checking kafka, if znode doesn't exists it raises an exception. Should control error output and in case of doesn't exists raise apropiate alert

The patch makes it usable, but should raise some error. This patch only stop parsing znode and returns empty structures, so in top level it raises an error because no brokers neither topics were found, and by default at least 1 of each are requires
