1.7.2 SEHException on Win7 x64 #210

Sorry for my bad English.

My computer has Win7 x64, and I have already installed the library which 
Bizhawk needed, such as DirectX9 and .net Framework 4.0.

When the program runs, it just pops up some error messages and exit, the 
messages was in the attachment picture. I tried to reinstall the required 
libraries but problem still.

BizHawk 1.7.1 runs normally in my computer, but someone said his computer can 
run 1.7.2 that same with my OS environment, so I don't know what's the problem.
