Virtualpad - Error sound when a Numeric box is focused #228

When you press the frame advance button (f) after changing the analog direction 
on the virtual pad, bizhawk will frame advance as expected. However an error 
sound will be played at the same time.
Removing that sound would help, since to avoid it you currently have to make an 
extra click, which adds up when TASing a lot.

Turns out this only occurs when a numeric box or text box is focused on a tool 
dialog that is able to send input to the main window such as the virtualpad.  I 
updated the topic accordingly.

There is no easy way around this unfortunately as it is built into the OS's 
native behavior
