Neshawk causes glitches in Little Samson #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Little Samson on Neshawk
2. Get to the Cyclops boss.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ground is supposed to be plain and solid. The right half of it vibrates 
instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.1, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Such glitch doesn't appear on Quicknes.

Looks to be a little timing glitch with a midscreen bg split.  This is the sort 
of thing that real games on real hardware got wrong quite often on the NES; do 
we have any confirmation of it not being like this on real hardware?

I don't know about real hardware, but Quicknes doesn't have this problem. 
Sounds like a good enough reason to fix Neshawk to me.

There hasn't been any evidence offered that it's even a fix; changing behavior 
to match a less accurate emulator makes no sense.
