All SNES roms run extremely slow.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start BizHawk.
2. Load any SNES rom.
3. Runs extremely slow, almost as if it froze but its not frozen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to play SNES games normally. Instead it its completely
unplayable and extremely slow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BizHawk 1.9.1 on Windows Vista SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I also use BizHawk on another PC which uses Windows 7, it runs flawlessly. 
However on the Vista PC, it gives me this problem.

Can you post the specs of both PCs?

Yeah, the bsnes core is slow, and your "Vista PC" is not powerful enough to run 
it.  Or your "Vista PC" doesn't support opengl 2.0 and it is falling back to 
GDI+ drawing (which is really slow).
