NullReferenceException on movie savestate load at the last frame (1.9.4) #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start new movie recording
2. Pause and create savestate at certain frame
3. Switch to read-only mode and load the savestate
4. Fatal error: NullReferenceException

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should load the savestate, but Bizhawk 1.9.4 dies by NullReferenceException.

This should be corrected in 1.10.0.
