Apple IIe SyncSettings? #437

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Apple IIe Core with any ROM you have a movie file for.  If you 
don't have a movie file, make one using a ROM you do have.
2. Play the movie file
3. Error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I play the movie file, the message "No Sync Settings Found" appears.  I 
checked under the core's menu and there's no Sync Settings to set.  The movie 
plays back fine.
