Ever since I compiled on my new M3 computer, the executable is much larger. It seems to work fine, but I'd rather it not be as big I guess.

Computer A: my old intel Macbook Pro 2017 Computer B: my new M3 Macbook Air 2023 Work Computer (W): my M2 macbook pro for work - 2022?

Facts:

stack.yaml worked fine on to compile on A and exec ran on W, but had to be modified to compile on B. Old exec does not work on B.
ghc version had to be slightly different on B than A
Both execs work on W, but old exec does NOT work on B
