Keel detecting change on docker hub but doesn't update deployment #570

I get this message whenever new image is build on docker hub for sepecifc repo time="2021-01-05T07:20:48Z" level=info msg="trigger.poll.WatchTagJob: digest change detected, submiting event to providers" image="simplusinnov/turing-event-generator:TEST" new_digest="sha256:5d48315dcc9e51713e8143b8d4f41cd0e72151da2df9f45ed1d0b33cf90cf069" but i do not see any further logs and kubernetes deployment or pod is not updated

I do have similar deployments, are there any more logs before this message or after?

and my pod or deployment is not updated either
