Unable to approve from Slack

Hi,

Slack intergration seems brokend and the current docked way is depricated here I have tried with both the old slack bot setup and the new slack app setup same issue, i get the Approval notification but the bot won't respond to my commands

I'm also facing the same issue. Bot is not responding to commands.

Same issue here as well. I'm able to approve from the dashboard but not on Slack. To be clear, I should be using a Bot Token, correct?

I was facing the same issue, and was able to resolve it by inviting the keel bot to the channel. Only then did the bot respond to the commands in the channel.
