Deadline component is used also for the sub-project tasks. Default deadline for sub-project comes from order, but can be overwritten in general tab.

To-do:

functionality of adding deadline in general tab (validating it updates the sub - project deadline)

Visual part ok - endpoint part needs confirming (adding if not added)

@superspartak this will be covered with @VaabelMaret task: https://github.com/keeleinstituut/tv-tolkevarav/issues/383 but the sub-order header displaying deadline needs to be verified that it would fetch info there as well

@MariusJulius FE part will be done in this task, but currently BE doesn't support PUT method on https://api.dev.tolkevarav.eki.ee/translation-order/api/subprojects/ endpoint, meaning we can't update the suborder currently
