When editing the project it is possible to select order-related tags but not save them.

Error: The PUT method is not supported for route api/projects/9a2b3cd7-9622-4770-a8b7-9e87ba5e10f4. Supported methods: GET, HEAD.

modify endpoint for enabling tag saving
creating endpoint for fetching saved tags for edit and list view
