Fix for error messages (FE) #490

At the moment, BE does not display the error message under the input field (there is a red border around the input, but the message is not displayed). The FE side needs to be fixed, I understood that Kaarel had it fixed in task #347, but apparently he didn't have time to finish. Error message, for example, if you select the same source and dst language
