Privilege issues (BE) #557

  1. possibly issue with some privileges. Used the account of Markus (39608172765) which has the “Asutuse peakasutaja” role with all the privileges, but I seem to be getting Error 403 (Forbidden) from any request done again /translation-order/api (or at least most of them)

  1. Currently getting the 403 error. Might it be the same issue with the translation-order-service that we have had before? In staging as well. Logged in and out, nothing changed. Response message: "message": "JWT token is invalid"
