Remove confirmation modal in orders->tm section when user removes checkmark from checkbox (FE) #572

Remove confirmation modal when user unmarks Peamine/kirjuta chechbox.

  1. Open order's sub-order view
  2. In TM section remove checkmark from checkbox
  3. User sees modal: Kinnitan, et soovin salvestada tõlked avalikku mällu.
