After generating for translation (xliff) for doing the file operations the 3-dot men is not visible without scrolling.

We can allign it with the "Ava tõlkerööriistas" button, so it would work on smaller screens as well. Other than that, this is somehting that can be dealt with in phase 2, when responsive design is implemented
