Segment number is wrong after xliff generation (FE) #626

With workflow 'Tõlkimine (CAT) is use, after the XLIFF file is generated -> Number of segments under UI section 'Segmendid' is not correct, its not matching the real segment number under the same project. This should show real number segments in side the XLIFF file. In this case its 25 (PPA-2023-12-T-21-et-EEen-GB-1-1) If not possible to fix easily, lets just remove this section under UI altogether

It is % of translated. @NeleKo Not the number of segments.

If this shows the progress percentage, then please change the current Estonian UI text from 'Segmendid' to 'Tehtud'. Additionally please show the progress as a whole number with percentage symbol; number field without a comma (no need to be more accurate).

I see in cat tool that I have translated 21% but this number will not change in Lähtefailid tõlketööriistad table. (I tried to refresh) I also tried with splitted and non splitted project.
