accepting quanitity as zero when adding volume manually (BE) #630

When adding volume using the CAT tool analysis I get error ‘mahu lisamine CAT analüüsi järgi’. This is a blocker type of error. Volume in CAT analysis can be 0 words. No need to type it as an error in UI before saving. See screenshot:

To-do:

allow saving quantity as 0
