[x] It's not possible to click on arrow button in calendar to choose the next month

[x] Show previously selected date in modal Wiki: 3a.3 User clicks on the "Edit" button next to the future deactivation date 3a.4 System opens the deactivation modal where the date is the same as was previously selected. Currently:

Tested in 27.12 - It's OK
