Kasutajate haldus - Kasutaja detail view - Üksus dropdown menu

Remove this blue box around the first option
And Üksus is not mandatory field. User should be able to choose an empty option from dropdown menu

I don't think it was solved, we don't have the empty option for non-required dropdown components, but we should add it everywhere actually.
Yeah, this is needed for accessibility (It needs to be visually clear, which element is currently focused)

Okay, clear. Visually would be nice if the whole row would in one color. Kelly showed me an example from another project which looked nice. But I suppose this is rather an further improvement option in the future.
