Unifying modal button texts (FE)

In user management modals button text need some unification.

To-do:

• Replace EI with Tühista (which is mostly used in other modals) - archive, deactivation, deleting tm, deleting role etc
• Replace Jah with the activity:
• • Deaktiveeri
• • Aktiveeri
• • Kustuta
• • Arhiveeri
• Modals with Loobun button change text to Loobu (should be the one that is mostly used)

Will use poeditor.

Needs to be reviewed by Interlex to have texts unified everywhere. @NeleKo will someone go over the UI buttons / wordings so we could update all at once?
