Deadline time in general tab #660

Open any sub-order and go to general tab

  1. Enter 0:00
  2. wait
  3. It shows 02:00

Actual: time is not converted to zulu time when sending data to system and after getting this time from system, it converts .. Expected: Show entered time

Tested in 22.12 - It's OK
