After volume and vendor is added the cost is not shown #670

after adding vendors, the system displays that the translation cost is 0€, but in fact all vendors have prices and if I have added the volume, the system should show how much translation costs

There are some related issued with Add/Edit/Remove volume. Will either need some extra fields in the responses from BE or will add refetching if this turns out to be a pain.

Wrote to @kadmit about this as well, will wait for his response

Tested in 27.12 - It's OK
