Adding ready file by vendor not shown for the client #676

  1. When adding ready file it is not showin in the UI
  2. After refreshing it shows

User: 37808106687 and order 190. -> my assignments tab. File not added, can be tested.

  2. Should show right away now
  3. Tested this out and it seemed to work as intended. The client is not suppose to see the files, after vendor marks the task as completed. The files will be visible to the client only after the PM makes them visible for the client. Basically this part:

@plakitkelly @MariusJulius were the files hidden for the client of the project, after they were marked as visible by the PM ? If yes, then please add some extra repro steps, couldn't reproduce it right now

Tested in 27.12 - It's OK
