Vendor db - new language pair modal doesn't close after save #679

  1. go to teostajate andmebaas
  2. select any user
  3. click on lisa keelesuunad
  4. fill fields
  5. click on salvesta button in 3rd tab

Actual result: Nothing happens (modal doesn't close). After clicking again on salvesta button, it shows errors (language pairs exist)

Tested in 02.01 - It's OK
