Minu märkused disappears from ui after adding/removing the file (FE) #694

  1. Open order as vendor from Minu ülesanded (you can use this user 37808106687)
  2. Write anything into Minu märkused field
  3. Add/remove file to/from Minu valmisfailid

Actual result: Comment is removed from Minu märkused or when it was edited before, it shows previous comment. After refresh it shows correct comment, but when user tries to upload file and sees that comment has disappeared, he thinks that he has to write again
