Supporting additional file types for upload (BE)

In addition to formats that can be coverted to projects (in matecat), users also interested in uploading other related project files to one place, those can be audio, image etc files.

To-do:

adding backend support for additional file types (below), in following sections:
- source files, helper files, ready files

File extension list that needs to be supported: .pdf .doc .docx .xls .xlsx .ppt .pptx .msg .asice .bdoc .zip .7z .png .rtf .eml .odt .ods .jpg .txt .html .xml .csv MPEG-4 Mov MP4 MP3 Avi HEVC Wav AAC WMA WMV

@thenouan After adding the support on BE, can you also add the list of file types that are either supported or not-supported (either is fine) by Matecat, so we can add the tooltips.

Also if there is something in this list that we can't support at all, then you can write it here. Will deal with FE, once BE side is done and we have all the info
