"Masintõlge" tooltip doesn't open (FE) #728

5.2.3 "Masintõlge" toggle button Next to "Masintõlge" title is a tooltip. The text / design is in Figma, Machine translation tooltip

Steps:

  1. Open CAT project
  2. Open tõlkimine tab
  3. Hover the "Masintõlge" tooltip button

Actual result: I see in source code that tooltip text is added, but it doesn't open because the entire row is clickable area of the toggle button image

Expected result: User should be able to see the tooltip text
