My assignments filtering tasks by language direction (BE) #743

When filtering the tasks by language direction/pair in any of the tabs (Minu ülesanded, Ootel ülesanded, Minu ülesannete ajalugu) then CLIENT_REVIEW and CORRECTING type tasks are not included in the response, likely need some changes in BE to include them.

Tested in 20.06 - It's OK
