Can't download analyse file (BE) #749

Open cat project
Click on "Vaata CAT arvestust"
Click on "Laadi analüüs alla"

Actual result: Nothing happens. There are 2 different situation: 1) I tried to download the analyse from older project (created before the latest deploy), in response I see the content of the file, status code is 200 but downloading doesn't start 2) I tried to download the analyse from just created project, I see only status code is 202 accepted and that's all. Downloading doesn't start

@MariusJulius I would separate this task into two:

FE issue: when the analysis file exists, the download button doesn't work as it should (it makes API requests and outputs results in the browser console, instead of downloading it) Example project: LOL-2023-12-T-131-et-EEru-RU-1 pic in slack.
BE issue: volume analysis status is not updating properly. I'll check this part.

Backend ok, need to validate FE ticket when deployed. In general file can't be downloaded if project creation hasn't been successful.
