Cannot import .tmx file into a translation memory in production #759

Translation memory import not working in production, works in test/dev. (Marius can provide files as file type is not allowed to upload to github)

User cannot import .tmx file when managing a Translation Memory.

Actual: After uploading a .tmx file via import button ''Impordi .tmx'' the system shows that the upload was successful. No error messages. But the segment number is not changing. tested today and yesterday. Untitled

Expected: After upload the file should show as properly imported and the segment number should increase: ''Segmentide arv ...''.

Got access to prod and uploaded successfully, will close this as it seems to work still.
