Project generation not working (BE) #774

Both in test and prod.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login (provided in slack)
  2. Create order ( Type: Tõlkimine (CAT); EST - ENG, 1 file), file provided in slack
  3. Create empty translation memory
  4. Open suborder and select memory
  5. select file and memory and generate
  6. notification that files were sent
  7. button is loading, nothing happens
  8. When coming back, it is possible to select and submit again

Example order: LOL-2024-05-T-468 (visible under Marius account) TM used: Tühi prod probleemi kordamiseks

In Matecat web file was processed in ~3-4 seconds.

Specific case was working after service restart. Will continue troubleshoot in main ticket #546
